COVID-19 Track and Trace Template –
With the ever-changing guidance and rules regarding Covid-19 and the procedures for track and trace it is hard to give precise details and requirements for each individual team especially where capturing personal details and holding them is concerned.
We can only ask for the basic information so that if there is a reason for concern that we can contact all involved quickly and without delay. There is further guidance with respect to GDPR that can be found on government websites.
It is up to all team managers and their COVID-19 officers to collect and maintain the track & trace information at all organised events i.e. games, training etc…..
